  • Having 5 completely separated frontend teams working on products with essentially the same core is completely untenable.
  • Messy incoherent layouts steepens the learning curve for the new users and project a negative image to the clients considering to switch.

Issues

Bringing together product managers I was able to define key scenarios for all products and come up with the system that can accommodate their different needs.

The foundation is a single page component, to which all of 150+ previous screens of all the products now conform.
